15+ years architecting and leading enterprise IT infrastructure across North America — healthcare, retail, and financial services. I have lived inside managed services delivery models and every phase of the IT outsourcing lifecycle: the handshake, the handoff, and the hard lessons that follow.

I have managed cross-functional teams across the US, India, the Philippines, and Mexico. I have been the person who holds the line when everything else is in motion — and I have seen firsthand what happens when that person does not exist.
